7” & 7.5” BABY MOON CENTRE CAP
7” & 7.5” BABY MOON CENTRE CAP INSTALLATION GUIDE
IMPORTANT
DO NOT USE A HAMMER OR RUBBER MALLET.
Forcing the cap into place may damage the cap and will not be covered under any claim.
Allow polyurethane adhesive to cure for 24 hours before moving the vehicle.
STEP 1 — PREPARE THE WHEEL
These wheels use three raised bumps inside the wheel nut area to hold the centre cap securely in place.
For best results, we recommend applying a strong polyurethane adhesive to these bumps before installation.
What You’ll Need
Strong polyurethane adhesive
Clean cloth
Preparation
1. Clean the three raised bumps inside the wheel
2. Remove any dirt, grease, or debris
3. Apply a small amount of polyurethane adhesive to each bump
The goal:
Create a strong bond between the wheel and centre cap to prevent movement.
STEP 2 — INSTALL THE CAP
Required
Centre cap
Electrical tape (only if needed for fitment adjustment)
Stage 1 — Positioning
Align the centre cap with the wheel and line up two of the three bumps.
Stage 2 — Seating the Cap
Using a closed fist, gently tap the outer edge of the cap while pushing downward and inward at the same time.
Work evenly around the edge until the cap is fully seated.
Do not strike the centre of the cap.
Stage 3 — Final Check
Ensure the cap sits evenly with no visible gaps or movement.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Remove the cap and wrap 2–3 layers of electrical tape around the back of the cap. Reinstall and test fit until the cap feels firm and secure. |
| Cap does not sit correctly | Remove the cap, re-align it with the wheel bumps, and reinstall using even hand pressure. |
