INSTALLATION GUIDE

If your wheel has raised bumps around the wheel nut area, like the photo on the left, and is not flat, you will need to shave 3-4mm off the back of the cap where marked in the photo before installation. This will allow the centre cap to sit flush against the rim itself.

Failure to do so will result in the centre cap cracking.

When installing the centre caps for the first time, please ensure you have a proper 60-degree tapered nut. Centre the cap itself and tighten the wheel nuts in three stages.

Stage 1: Finger tight while ensuring the cap is still centred.
Stage 2: Use a wheel brace to tighten them in a star pattern.
Stage 3: Check all wheels with a torque wrench to ensure all wheel nuts are torqued to your vehicle's specifications.

If the cap starts to flex at any point during this process, stop, loosen the wheel nuts slightly, re-centre the cap, and repeat the process.

We recommend re-tightening wheel nuts after the first 100 kilometres and periodically thereafter.

Do not use a rattle gun as this will break the caps.
It's best to have all wheels and accessories fitted by a professional to prevent any damage from incorrect installation.
