Wheels produced by BCI Wheels will be covered against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal and intended use. Under normal and reasonable use, BCI Wheels will carry a 1-year structural warranty to the original retail purchaser of the product.
This Warranty Shall Not Apply To:
- Any malfunction, defect, or failure caused by improper maintenance, wheel transport damage, accident, abuse, or negligence.
- Corrosion or cosmetic issues on wheels result from car damage, chemicals, climate conditions, or neglect.
- Blemishes, peeling or discolouration on the back side of the wheel.
- Damage or structural failure occurs due to road conditions, accidents, off-road activities that exceed their load rating, or road hazard impact.
- Damage resulted from improper mounting, excessive vehicle loads, and/or incorrect tyre sizes.
- Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase or damaged during tyre mounting and/or balancing.
- Wheels damaged by shipping or handling. Inspect shipments and contact the shipping company if any products are damaged. Shipping damage claims must be filed with the delivery carrier.
- Accessories that are supplied with the original purchase (wheel nuts/bolts or hub rings) are not covered under this warranty.

INTERCEPTOR CENTRE CAP INSTALLATION GUIDE
IMPORTANT
DO NOT USE A RATTLE GUN OR IMPACT GUN.
If your vehicle runs 14mm or larger studs, you MUST remove the tabs from the back of the cap before installation.
Failure to do this may crack or damage the cap.
STEP 1 — CHECK YOUR VEHICLE
Some vehicles use 14mm or larger wheel studs which can interfere with the tabs on the back of the centre cap.
If your studs contact the tabs during installation, the tabs must be removed before fitting the cap.
STEP 2 — REMOVE THE TABS (ONLY IF NEEDED)
Tools Required
Side cutters
Knife or grinder
Preparation
1. Turn the cap over and inspect the back
2. Locate the three plastic tabs near the stud holes
3. Carefully remove all three tabs
4. Ensure the surface is smooth and free from remaining plastic
Check Fitment
Confirm:
• All three tabs are completely removed
• No material is contacting the studs
• The cap sits evenly on the wheel
STEP 3 — INSTALL THE CAP
Required
60-degree tapered wheel nuts
Wheel brace or ratchet
Torque wrench
Stage 1 — Positioning
Place the cap onto the wheel and hand-tighten the wheel nuts while ensuring the cap remains centred.
Stage 2 — Tightening
Tighten the wheel nuts evenly using a star (cross) pattern.
Stage 3 — Final Torque
Torque all wheel nuts to your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications using a torque wrench.
TROUBLESHOOTING

| Cap flexing during tightening | Stop immediately, loosen all nuts, re-centre the cap, and tighten evenly again. |
| Cap not sitting correctly | Remove the cap and ensure all tabs have been completely removed. Remove any remaining material and reinstall. |
